6. Can I visit my pet?
Yes. We do ask that you call in advance to assure that there will be someone available to talk with you. Visitation hours end at Midnight and begin at 9 am on weekends.
7. Do you accept donations on behalf of my pet?
With the advent of social media, we have been confronted with the awkward situation of multiple people calling to donate money toward a persons bill. We cannot accept this form of
payment for MULTIPLE reasons. If donations are made on your behalf, one person will have to be responsible and donations should be directed to that person.
8. When do I have to pick up my pet?
A pick up time will be scheduled for you before you leave. We do close at 7:30 am and all patients must be picked up prior to this time.
